    Ladder Problem

I have a ladder in my inground pool that has a step that broke on it. Can you get replacement steps for it? I would really rather have a ladder that I could use with an automatic cover, but I don't know if it is feasible to retrofit it. See the attached pics.
    Thanks,
    Jim

I forgot to take my ladder out last year and the bottom step broke due to the ice. .... i haven't ordered one yet but i see replacement steps on EBay and at the pool store.
