DPD Powder Question

I am still using my DPD powder from my original kit which isn't 18 months old yet. I recently ordered another one along with another bottle R-0871 because I had to do a slam and used up quite a bit of both of those. Anyway, the new powder is pretty much white while my older powder is light purple. Is the older powder bad or is this sort of variance expected/acceptable?

Normal. It darkens with age and moisture. It it clumps up you can break it up and use it.
