Gunite Price per Yard

Just curious to see what everyone is paying for gunite. Price I got today was $181 per cubic yard here in Keller TX. Last years was at $161 I believe. Do they tend to come down in the fall/winter?

I priced two different places here in Dallas both were $181 per yard

That sounds like what the pool builder quoted us today. I don't remember the exact numbers he gave, but one was for last year and one for this year and there was a noticeable increase.

That's about right. I just paid $185 a yard.

Going rate was a little higher when we built. Oil boom=$$$. Demand is down a little bit here now, but it's still up there closer to 200 here.
