Have existing inground pool that was neglected and unused for at least two years, acquiring the appearance of backyard fishing hole. When decision was made to revive, instead of replastering, which I thought was best option, regardless of cost, pool techs deferred to simply acid wash, "clean", do some small bit of regrouting/replacing some tile, replace both motors (small spa involved) & begin weekly maintenance. Pool now has myriads of plaster chunks of all sizes everywhere missing from bottom, sides & even the steps...loses way too much water for size of pool, no matter the weather or season...HELP! NEED ADVICE!
