Muriatic Acic question

When lowering your pH by using Muriatic Acid (31.45%) and using the Pool Calculator to establish amounts how long will it take for the pH to stabilize assuming the filter is left on for circulation?
My TA is 100.

If the circulation in the pool is good, then the water will be reasonably well mixed in about a half hour, but you can test after an hour to be safe. If you wait too long, then the pH may start to rise from outgassing of carbon dioxide from the pool. Remember that The Pool Calculator is only approximate when it comes to pH calculations, but it's a good start.
