    Human Creations Solar Pool Purifier

    Has anyone tried this product. : Human Creations Solar Pool Purifier (2-year warranty)-Blue : Swimming Pool Clarifiers : Patio, Lawn Garden
    It is supposed to take sunlight and ionization to purify your pool.

    No!!! TFP does not recommend use of ionizers in pools. They add copper which will once it gets above 0.3 ppm will cause staining and turn hair green. And it does not sanitize the pool.

    It is especially risky given that you have a Pebbletec pool since plaster surfaces tend to be higher in pH and stain from metal ions much more readily than vinyl pool surfaces.
