So when Leslies says the Phosphates are high over 100, should I use their PhosFree solutions they sell to lower it or what is recommended to lower Phosphates? Also what happens when Phosphates are high, does that induce algae?

Phosphates don't matter one bit if you are maintaining adequate chlorine levels for your CYA. Yes, phosphates are food for algae but maintaining chlorine means there's no algae to eat the phosphates. It's like a restaurant with no customers. Reducing phosphate levels can be an option to allow for lower average FC levels for maintenance, but it's much more expensive than simply using the proper amount of bleach or SWG output.

Over 100 would not be considered high, but even if they were 2000 PPB, good consistent FC levels will make it irrelevant. Non existent or dead Algae cannot utilize phosphates, so it does not matter.
