Vacuum Port not strong enough

Evening, TFP community.

My vacuum cleaner (The Phoenix by Hayward) runs at 30% power whenever hooked up to my vacuum port, which didn't occur before. However, when I connect it to my skimmer, the vacuum cleaner performs at 100%.

I adjusted my regulator for a solution, and the skimmer responds properly, but the vacuum port doesn't. I'd appreciate any suggestions or directional support.

Thanks for reading,
Abel

I often find I've missed something simple in situations like this. Have you made sure there isn't a valve pinched down or something? Perhaps the line is clogged? Even if you get it going, I have to say that a suction cleaner is likely at its limit very quickly in that size of pool. If you've ever thought of going another route, a Robot would be an item to consider for the future.
