New build - vinyl coming off in two areas after fill

Again thank God for this forum because my PB never replies to concerns!

In our low end there are two areas that the vinyl comes off. They said previously it was because water wasn't in all the way but now pool is completely filled. Should we stop swimming until PB comes out tomorrow - can we seal it with duct tape bc now chance of rain today?

That's ridiculous! Have them install it properly

Oh I intend to tomorrow when they come or 1000% they aren't getting final payment until this vinyl stays in the pool and the inspections are complete but for now?

Sometimes some vinyl will pop out in a few sections during a new install. Its an easy fix, no need to worry. Don't put duct tape on it. It can leave glue residue on the liner which can be a pain to get off. If your worried about water going behind the vinyl cover it over with a small tarp or a garbage bag for now until they get there to put it back in.
