I recently purchased a home that had a 15ft or so Intek above ground pool. It wasn't covered for a while and its turned dark brown and there are tadpoles and debris in it. I'm unsure if it would be easier to drain it or try to fix it chemically or partial drain. Don't know what to do. Please help and thanks for any advice in advance.
