Most of the MiniMax heaters have a door disconect button that disables the heater if the front door is off, check that. Make sure the power source is on, time clock, breaker, etc. Check all wire connections. If all those fail, replacement of the circuit board is probably the issue. It would be wise to invest in a multimeter to test these types of issues. Always be careful when testing electricity.
