I've newly upgraded my tiny pro series filter pump that came with the pool, and died ... To the Intex Sand Filter 3000gph/1hp with the new set up I am stumped on how to adapt the new hose's to skimmer basket that once held the motor/pump by thread, it seems now I can not figure out what piece to hunt down, order, buy, or make for this conversion, the old hoses are 1.5' and new are 2' , I see plenty of hose conversion adapters but not sure this works for my older set up, any ideas ?! Or advice ?!

Not sure which ones you have, but we have a lot of intex owners here who've done mods to get around this snafu by intex. Hopefully a bump will get you some answers.
