This past weekend I set up my Intex easy set 18' by 48'' pool, filled it with water and when I turned on the pump (635T) I hear it running, but no water is pumping. I troubleshot it in accordance with the manual but nothing seemed to work. I was thinking of upgrading to the 633T anyway (2,500 gallons per hour sounds nice), so I might as well save the aggravation and go for it.
My question is since I have everything set up, is it just a matter of connecting the existing hoses to the new unit and turning it on? I believe the hoses for the 633T and 635T are the same size. Do I have to do anything with the valve assemblies (intake and outtake)?
