hi, your pool was brown? and only took 3 bottles of bleach? sounds like you just shocked it, which kills off some algae but it will come back. did you do a full SLAM??

Nice to hear favorable comments. Nice looking pool you have there. Yeah, you have to expand on the fuel filter. I'm curious about that one! Creative avatar as well.

+1 on the fuel filter!
Free-form concrete walls with vinyl liner, 18,000 gallon capacity, Jandy 1.5HP e-Pump, Jandy DEV48 DE filter (using cellulose media), Jandy AE2500 heat pump, Jandy Aqualink Power Center with 14-blade cell kit and Jandy PDA-P8 wireless control system.
It is a DYI Slimebag, there is a link for the piece and setup here (SlimeBag for 1/10 of the price, yes you can!!)
I used to buy these from Slimebag for up to $75 a piece. For $6 is the exact same material and construction, works like a charm.

It is a 14,000 gallon pool, so 3 gallons brough the FC to 15ppm, and it held for almost a week at +8ppm. The brown was basically pollen buds and crunched up leaves that got through the Elephant cover.
