Outdoor shower valve?

Hi ya'll,

We are planning to install our outdoor shower this month. Do you guys know of any outdoor specific shower valves/heads/fixtures? I have googled stuff and found a few, just wanted to see what the experts here think.

I am not sure why and outdoor shower head / valve would be any different from a good indoor one. If it is metal, should be fine.
