Film and Brown alge pieces floating in pool

I think I've done about everything I can think of to clear my pool. All my chemicals (Swim Soft) are on target with the exception of my Alkalinity. That is high. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong or not doing to clear my pool.

Well, before we can help we need the details of your pool and accurate test results. If I am correct, Swim Soft is a Baqua product and not many around here use it.
