It's been a few years since I had an Intex SWG. But, I believe it meant that it was time to clean the cell with vinegar or diluted muriatic acid.

How old is it? The electrolytic plates in them only last a couple of years. You can get a new set of plates by calling Intex or putting in your model number on their website. They run $68 plus shipping. If your unit is less than 2 years old, they may replace then for free there first time.
