Very high combined chlorine

Hi everyone, this is my first ever post. I am having trouble with very high combined chlorine ,I dumped 5 gal of liquid 10% chlorine two days ago, I have a Taylor k2600 test kit and here are my numbers:
Fc 10
Cc 12
Ta 120
Ch 150
Cya 70
Temp 87
I have a Hayward aquarite swg, I am not sure how to reduce the cc, water is itchy

You are likely going to have to SLAM the pool to drop the CC's.

What does your water look like? Any debris in the pool?

Have you read the SLAM article?

Are you sure your CC is 12 and that's not the number for your----TC? TC = FC+ CC.

You didn't post any number for your PH level. That could be your "itchiness" issue all by itself.
