Brown yellowish stains on liner

Hi guys I need help with inground pool vynil liner stains Been battling this for 5 years it has a yellowish brown tint spots on the deep end of the pool I tried absorbic acid didn't work ,all chemicals on point what do u guys suggest I super chlorinated for a week didn't come off
