I am trying to hook a 1.25 inch hose to the intake on my intex krystal klear 2500. It's much larger . What do I do?

We have lots of Intex owners here, and I am sure one will be along to help. It might get you a faster answer if you can post a picture of this fitting you are trying to adapt too.

Sounds like your pool has the small 1.25 clamp on hoses and i believe your pump has 1.5 screw on fittings. If this is correct you have 2 choices. The first choice is use the Intex B adapters Adaptor B (With Two Pack) - Replacement Parts - Above Ground Pools - Store - Intex The second choice is what I ended up doing.It requires you to remove the small fitting and cut the liner for the new larger intake and return fitting.Intex is the cheapest place to order any of the parts but since they are in CA the shipping is a little slow. Hope this helps.
