Hi

So just moved into a new home with a new pool. The previous owner shipped overseas and supposedly had someone come out to clean the pool before closing. Well, turns out that didn't happen and pool pump was turned off. This is my first pool.

So I figured out to turn on the pool pump, even problems with air from the low water level.

Issue I'm having is figuring out how to clean/vacuum the bottom of the pool.

Previous owner left what we had. Which is a kreepy krawler and I guess the head of the vacuum.

I've had the krawler on, but the tubing just seems to shake back and forth.

I think the settings on the pumps are as follows:

Pool return : OFF
Skimmer : I turned it OFF hoping to increase pressure in the crawler.

I've checked the skimmer and pool pump filters and they are pretty clean. I tried checking the hoses on the crawler hose and its intake and both seem clean as well.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

i would suggest you get your manual vacuum going first. What does your water look like? What does your pool floor look like?

Have you made provisions to get chlorine in your pool?
