Hi, I'm new to the forum and am looking for some advice on the installation of our 27' Saltwater 8000 above ground pool. As you can see we are a bit of a slope and I would like for our new patio to be at the same level as the top of the pool when it's all done. The pool is rated to be back-filled, but I was curious what the best way to go about this would be. Would I do it like a footing for a house with drain tile and clean gravel up to where I would start patio/paver base? We only want to have a patio or deck about half way around and the pool side away from the house will be at the original grade.
