Best tile sealer/sealant recommendation please

Hi! I am thinking of cleaning my tiles. Is there a decent pool tile sealer you can recommend?
I know it needs to be reapplied periodically but I am willing to do so.

Also looking for referral to somebody who can clean my tiles with glass or soda or minerals in Ventura County, CA please.
There are plenty of bead cleaners in the area but they charge more than my dentist.
