    Leak at hoses

I have a 21 foot round above ground pool and when we connected the hoses to the fittings I have a leak. It drips about once every 45 minutes to an hour. My husband says its fine and you cant have a pool with "No Leaks" and I disagree. we also have a small leak at the thread of a fitting going into the sand filter and I was just wondering how to fix it. They are rubber hoses with clamps and the fittings are plastic or PVC.

    Welcome to the forum.

One drop every 45 minutes??? Yikes! How do you even take the time to count it?

How often does the one going into the sand filter leak?

    Re: Leak at hoses

Umm I don't stand out there I go out every 45 mintues to an hour so I am assuming because there is not a stream there is a water spot and about the same if not a shorter amount of time. It is were the hose connects to the adapter or fitting to the Chlorinator

    Re: Leak at hoses

Are there any suggestions on how to stop these leaks without taking the hoses off?
