In pool ladder coming off of deck

I just finished a small deck off my 24' round Intex pool. I will have a finished height of 55 1/2" off the bottom. I am a pretty big guy pushing 300lbs and I wanted a better way to get in and out of the pool when I do get in with the kids. Anyway 2 questions one I am using trek decking with a pt frame of 2x6 before I put down the last few pieces of deck should I be thinking about blocking on the leading edge anotherwords where the ladder will attach I am assuming they bolt through the deck AND anyone have a ladder recommendation? Thanks
 
Can't help with the Ladder brand but I can strongly encourage you to block it. Those ladders are not the strongest in the world (although I'll bet the pricey ones are stronger) and any strengthening you can provide will probably not be overkill.
