Jandy AquaPure®/PureLink troubleshooting

I have a 5 year old Jandy AquaPure®/PureLink with remote system

It runs for 6 months of the year then winterized. The Motor and AquaPure are cleaned and placed into a warm basement.

The system has been running for 1 month and today I noticed the the water was starting to become cloudy.

Looked at the AquaPure controller and Power LED and ADD SALT LED was on but dimmer than normal. When I checked the Salt Level it read 0.7 - and it said "wait" see picture below.

So I waited and in about 5 min it the check salt LED went out and the Power LED was back to normal brightness. Salt level value returned to 3.0


The system keeps on cycling back and forth. and the LEDs keep dimming.

Any Ideas ?

Water tested and Salt level is about 3000 Parts per Million.
