Pool sparkles like diamonds, numbers are spot on, but when I test CYA (Taylor K-2006 kit) several times with same sample I get a 30 then a 40 then a 35. Pool store tells me its 60 haha. This is one of the hardest test to determine where you really are with CYA. I run test just like Taylor video instructions.
Added bleach last night and checked an hour later and FC was at 5 @ 9:00pm
This morning 6:00am before daylight had a FC reading of 4.5 (only 0.5 loss)
4:30PM today FC at 3.5 (1.5 loss in almost 24 hour period)
Thinking my CYA is about 40. I'm using the TFPC CHLORINE / CYA Chart
If someone could come up with a better way of testing CYA with accuracy, he or she would become a $MILLIONAIRE$ several times over.
Any input would be appreciated, Thx.

The CYA test can be very hard to determine. If you tested as the video shows then that is all you can do. I would say it is likely close to 40 based off of your testing. If I recall correctly there can be a little variance in the test maybe 10-15ppm but call it 49 for now.
