Blue torrent Variable speed pump

my blue torrent VS pump has a steady read light on the speed 3. I cannot change the speed or schedule on the pump. Can someone help me. I have turned off the power. The pump runs but only on the cycle 2 that I set last year and will not save a schedule that I set in any of the other cycles or I can't change cycle 2.

you can only add/chance cycle while the pump is NOT running. make sure the pump is ON but not running. then you can schedule
