There is a sale currently going on at a local Stine lumber.

HTH 10% is $2.50/gal Date on bottle is February 24, 2015
$0.195/ounce of Sodium Hypochlorite


Great Value 8.25% is $2.94/121 ounces Only a week old
$0.295/ounce of Sodium Hypochlorite

Is it worth buying the older 10% because of price difference?

Personally, I'd go with fresher 8.25%

Well, you can look at the Degradation of Liquid Chlorine charts to see what the 10% might now actually be.

And then use the Liquid Chlorine Cost Calculator to see which is a better value.
