Help!! Golf ball got sucked into main drain

A golf ball got sucked into my main drain. I have no idea how to get it out, I've trying running a snake on both ends but I have too many 90 degree bents in my pipes for the snake to get far enough to the ball. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to TFP!!!

Begs the question, why do you have not a drain cover?

Try forcing water from the pump back toward the floor drain. Wrap a rag around a water hose.

I took off the drain cover when I was cleaning the pool and forgot to put it back on. I can't get the water hose far enough in the pipe to generate enough pressure to do anything.

You do not need to get the hose far into the pipe, you need to try to seal around the hose so you can generate some pressure/flow.

Can you get in the pool? How about hooking a vacuum hose up to the skimmer and then swim down to the open drain with it and get some flow that way? Unless the ball is wedged in there, it should just take some current to roll it out.

Is there anyway to purge the system. I'm stupid when it comes to pools but I'm trying to learn.

I finally got it. I used an air compressor and blew it out.
