hand pump to transfer chlorine from 5 gal. carboy to 15 gal container

I'm looking for suggestions on making the transfer of chlorine from the 5 gal. carboy to the 15 gallon container for the stenner pump. Currently lifting the 5 gallon container and pouring into a make shift funnel into the 15 gal container but often spill a good bit and make a mess.

looking at hand pumps potentially but haven't found anything to fit the bill.
 
I know this is an old post but I wanted to add that the polyethylene pump is the one to get. Getting one with metal or plastic shaft gets frozen with tarnish or salt.

Also from Amazon a replacement Carboy cap Can be added and the hand pump attached though it. That allows for a single hand pumping to get the chlorine over into the container.
