Need Help Finding A Ladder

I have this ladder that I use lag bolt type bolts to attach it to the deck. We're the bolts go through it is starting to crack so I'd like to replace it. Just not exactly sure what kind of ladder to get. Ideally one that easily attaches and unattaches from the deck would be best so the LiL Shark doesn't get caught up in it.

Seems like the ladders that sit in sleeves on the deck might be a little easier to pull in and out.

Could yall post pictures? Im having a hard time finding a simple angled ladder that has cups that would mount to my deck to make removing the ladder easier.
