Ribs to honor our military, past and present.

I always celebrate Memorial Day with a BBQ. Our freedom is owed to our brave soldiers.

Re: Ribs to honor our military, past and present.

Since Memorial Day isn't really a happy holiday (more respectful and solemn since it honors the fallen servicemen and women) I'll assume those pigs were a sacrificial offering to Uncle Sam.

And come Veterans Day you can do it all again and invite some living service folks over to share them and a dip in the pool. Party!!

Its all good, and since Skippy served 26 years in the US Army I think we need one of those racks of ribs....FedEx?

Thanks for the kind comments on the ribs. Thank you Skippy for protecting our freedom that allows us to celebrate as we choose.
@Qingguy yes it is a Komodo Kamado.
