Pump speed matters

This has probably been mentioned but thought I'd confirm. If you have a 2 speed or variable pump you should check your chemicals on high. I just checked my fc on low, fc 3.5, cc 1. Turned to high for 30 minutes, rechecked, fc 4.5, cc way less than .5. A lot to be said for agitation! Had an algae fright.

What I thought, but been running on low for 7 hours. Checked from same spot. I do have my jets aimed towards edge/surface to rotate flow circularly towards skimmer. Aiming down would probably circulate better.
