Hayward Aquarite Issues - no power light

No power light, gen light, or super clor light. LCD works and indicates 3100 salt level (correct) and temp. Voltage and Amps to cell read zero. Other LEDs, no flow, salt warning, etc working. Went through the trouble shooting steps, good trans, rectifiers, and have voltage to DSP board (~5v). Diagnostic book says bad board but before buying one thought I'd ask if anyone has guidance.
