Has anyone had to deal with them about any kind of issues?

Are they easy?

There have been a few comments posted about problems with Maytronics service, but it is impossible to know how many others didn't have a problem and didn't bother to post that.

I had a Maytronics issue (bad power pack) and they willingly replaced it. It was about 8 months old I think. They were courteous as well.

My issue is really big

My brand new liner (installed last August) is scratched up like crazy and the liner print is rubbed off in the corners. I also have a six inch gash in my liner. My liner was pristine until I started using my Z exactly two months ago.
