Got the Above ground 16 x 32 pool when we bought our home 2 years ago. The filter has always been a issue, trying to get the Posi-Lok ring off, to getting the upper tank shell to lock down. The other day the O ring came off when we were opening, and we CANNOT get the upper tank shell to lock. No matter what lube, WD40, pressure, etc the O Ring will not push in.
Has anyone had this issue and can offer advice? The filter is 18 yrs old and I'm considering just getting a new filter rather then pay 170 for a service call. :fro:
