    Indetify this algae

Is this mustard algae? Originally my pool guy said this was permanent damage from trichlor tablets sitting on plaster. But after trying Vitamin C tablets and Trichlor tablets I noticed the trichlor made one spot disappear. If this is mustard algae I will need a higher shock then standard. I supect the ducks I FINALLY chase out of my pool might of brought it with them.

Can't tell from the pics. Mustard algae will "poof" up into a grayish-greenish-yellowish cloud when brushed. If it doesn't do that, it is not mustard algae.

    Can you post test results?
