Liner was beyond repair so I bit the bullet and bought a replacement liner. The liner is being installed tomorrow. Is there anything I should do to stay ahead of the game when filling? Should I add a little chlorine as it fills? I plan to wait until my numbers are good before I add the salt and get that system going.

Nope. Wouldn't hurt to put in a gallon of bleach while it's filling to keep things at bay, but probably not necessary if you plan on getting going on it as soon as it's filled.
If you add bleach be careful, as if there really is not much water in the pool, you could bleach out the liner. And without a pump working, it might stay concentrated in a small area for too long adn bleach out the liner.
