Error code 90 on Intex 2650 gph Saltwater System

i have just purchased the same system -Intex 2650 gph Saltwater System- i keep getting the error code 90 - tried everything in manual and what i have found posted - my pool is a 16' X48" round pool - could it be the pool size is too small for this filter? or any other suggestion i can try

Code 90 means there isn't enough water flowing through the salt system. That could be caused by a dirty filter or kinked hose or blocked skimmer.
