Best pool cover type for Texas?

Hi Everyone,

I was looking into getting a pool cover. My area has a lot of leaves and debri that blow into the pool, especially around fall, and so it's a lot of work to maintain the pool when it's not being used. Does anyone have a suggestion on the best pool cover type to get for Texas?

I read around a bit and it sounded like mesh covers may be the best for colder climates, since it will be too cold for algae to grow, but in Texas maybe a solid cover would be better?

Any opinions on which type for the Texas weather or a vendor as well?

If you actually CLOSE your pool, I'd say a solid cover. If ya' don't..........I'd say just get a leaf net. I'm stupid and just keep dipping mine out!
