Worth $50 for an above ground Doughboy pool?

I am wondering if this old pool vac I just found on Craigslist is worth $50? I am presently setting up an above ground vinyl liner doughboy. Its not our forever pool so I am definitely shopping for yard sale type prices. Will this work on a liner pool with a big sand filter and 1.5 pump Thanks
