What attachment can go in this jet

We have this jet in center of steps with a cap on it. Not sure what it's for. When I take the cap off it has water coming out. Wondering what attachment I can put in it to make use of it.

    Thanks,
    Jon

Could it be for a pressure cleaner?
    What the thread size?

Not sure exact size but it's same size as the other jets.

    Thanks,

Seems like either a cleaner or an overflow. But, I do not know for sure.
