My new Fas-Dpd testing kit

Hello,

I just receive my new test kit and i have some questions

1- when i use 25 ml, i add 5 drops to found cc, but when i use 10ml sample, shoul i also add 5 drops?

2- some one use 5 ml sample (each drops is 1ppm)?

3- there is an example (10 ml sample):
0 drop - pink
1 drop - pink
2 drops - pink
3 drops - pink
4 drops - light pink
5 drops - clear
What is my ppm level?

Congrats on your test! 5 drop clear multiplied by .5 = 2.5FC

That was to answer 3 for you. I don't know the answer to 1 or 2. I always use 10ml

With a 10ML sample you add drops until its CLEAR then take that number and multiply it by .5 so with 5 drops turning it clear your FC level is 2.5!

Now all you need to do is add bleach to get that level up!

The only people who use a 5 ml sample are generally those involved in clearing a swamp who are running short of reagent.

And yes, still 5 drops of the second reagent to test CC.

Thanks for the answer, thats was the idea and also reagent are expensive here in Canada!

1) Yes add 5 drops for the CC test whether you use 10ml or 25ml water sample.
