Pool LED lights - power issue

I have an goldline controller that is about 7 years old. It has worked flawlessly up until today. My LED pool lights are now always on when the controller has power, irrespective if they are turned off or on at the board or with the remotes. When I turn them on/off at the controller I can hear the relay. Any thoughts?
