Ready to stop relying on the pool store!

Second year having a pool. Our pool was not covered or taken care of from August 2014 until 3 weeks ago. No cover was on it either, so it was a mess! Been going to the pool store but seem to be getting no where with the cloudiness of the pool. The color looks a whole lot better. I think it's blue in color. It may have a hint of green, but hard for me to tell. My Taylor k 2006 test kit will be delivered today(anxiously waiting). Anyway, just ready to not have to rely on the pool store anymore.

You've done the right thing, and this is the way you start. Just post those numbers up once you have the kit, and we will help. Great opening post, welcome to TFP!!

You might as well order more FAS/DPD reagent as you are likely to run out before this is is done. At least R-0871 and 0870 powder.
