Numbers snapped into shape, but salt and FC are lower than expected

I added a SWG on Saturday. Today is the first opportunity to do a full water test. In the last 5 days (3 days with the SWG at 100% ~7hrs/day) I had a FC drop from 11 to 4.5. Now, 4.5 is a decent number, but I didn't expect it to drop so quickly with the assistance of the SWG. Also, I added 640 lbs of salt to the pool, pool math says that with 30,000 gallons and 0 salt, I should be at 2549, however my AquaChek strip just reported 1320.

Do you think there is an issue with the SWG or strips? I know 2549 is a little low for the SWG, but the generating light is on. I plan to get more, but didn't want to throw more in the car on the first trip.

The SWG just reported desired salt level of 3300, 71 degree water, 26.5 volts, 5.45 amps, 100% power, -3500 instant salinity, Product code AE-5, release 264, cell type F-15. (If that means anything to you guys. Just recorded it so I can make a tech support call tomorrow.) Also, the box show an Si-45 kit, but the controller lists Si-30 and the cell lists Si-45. Does is the controller interchangeable between cells?

Also the weather has warmed a bit here and maple tree helicopters are all over my pool, but the skimmer and my efforts get them out at least daily.

Congrats on adding the SWG, your life just got a lot easier!

It can take a couple of days for the salt to fully dissolve and register on tests, especially if the pump isn't running 24x7 mixing it up. Salt test strips aren't all that accurate, +/- 400-500 is not uncommon. For the most part I do not test salt, if the SWG is happy and making chlorine then I'm happy. As long as it isn't giving wildly strange info.
