liner bead and tear

Hi All...
Uncovered the pool yesterday and found a pulled liner bead and a 6-7" tear in the same area. Based on the picture am I looking at a liner replacement? Pool guy is coming out next week but wanted to get a second opinion. Thanks

How old is it?

the liner is approximately 10 years old

10 years is a good age, they typically only last that long. Hopefully someone here has some fix it advice, sadly it is out of my pay grade.
