    Vacuum Inlet Jandy value

    Hi
Our inground pool appears to have 2 main inlets, a skimmer and a vacuum inlet. The vacuum inlet has a safety cover which closes when the vacuum (Kreepy Krawler) is not being used. My question is should I set the jandy to the close position when the vacuum is not being used?
    Thanks

    Welcome to TFP!!

Should not really matter since the safety cover is going to effective close off that line anyway.
