Issue with my pool step jets.

Hi,
Recently my pool step jets have stopped blowing air bubbles when I open the caps on the top of the stairs. Water comes out just fine and with plenty of force. This worked fine a week ago, now all of a sudden no air bubbles. Any ideas on what caused this?

I would say the airways got fouled with something is all I can guess. Has anything else changed since last week?

Nope nothing changed and I can blow thru the top and bubbles come of the jet. I can put my finger in the jet and feel something moving around in it, so maybe the inside of both jets are broken? How do I repair the jets?
